CitizenshipCA is an independent mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Canadian citizenship test. The app is developed and owned by Ata Mutahar and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), or any other government body.
All content in the app is based on publicly available information from canada.ca and the official Discover Canada study guide. CitizenshipCA is a study aid only — it does not guarantee success on the official citizenship test.
By downloading, installing, or using CitizenshipCA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
CitizenshipCA offers the following subscription plans, which unlock full access to all premium content:
Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the Apple App Store based on your region. All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
The Monthly Subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. You will not be charged during the free trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Monthly Subscription and your iTunes account will be charged.
All subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
To cancel your subscription:
Cancelling your subscription will not delete the app or your study progress. You will retain access to premium content until the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. CitizenshipCA does not handle payment directly and cannot issue refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at support.apple.com.
When your subscription expires or is cancelled, your access to premium content (tests 3–42 and all province/territory tests) will be revoked. You will still have access to the two free citizenship tests and the free portions of the app.
CitizenshipCA is a study preparation tool. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we make no guarantee or warranty that using the app will result in passing the official Canadian citizenship test. Results vary based on individual study effort and other factors outside our control.
All content is based on the official Discover Canada guide published by the Government of Canada. We do our best to keep content current, but we cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most recent changes to citizenship requirements. Always verify with official government sources at canada.ca.
All app content, design, code, graphics, and branding are the property of Ata Mutahar unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Content sourced from canada.ca is used in accordance with the Government of Canada's open government licence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitizenshipCA and Ata Mutahar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to failing the citizenship test, loss of data, or device issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
